Services · Campaigns & Mailings

Hopefully something of yours. Otherwise, your competitor's.

Mail gets read, precisely because hardly anyone sends it any more. A letter on your audience’s desk gets attention no email gets any more — as long as it is well made and reaches the right person. We have run direct marketing out of Regau in Upper Austria since 1999, mostly B2B: industry, mechanical engineering, doctors and hospitals. What you will not get from us is a mail merge to a bought list.

Part of what we do since 1999 — without a break.

One campaign, several waves

The letter opens the door — but it does not go alone. We build campaigns in waves: the mail piece, an email sequence, retargeting and Performance Max against the same list, and at the end a call list your sales team can actually work. Every wave knows the one before it.

We handle all of it

Picking the list, the copy, the design, the giveaway. We think about tracking, the reply path, the courier. Everything a good mailing needs — then we mail it. Here and abroad.

Addresses, personalisation, lettershop

The best idea in the world dies on an address list that is three years old. We check and clean your addresses, fill in the contacts that are missing, and write to each person individually — not just their name in the salutation, but the thing that actually matters to their department. Enclosing, inserts, postage, hand-over to the post office: our mailing-house partner handles that, and we manage the partner. You deal with one contact, not two.

Measured, not assumed

A mailing with no way back is guesswork. We build one into every campaign — its own landing page, its own code, its own phone number — so you see who responded and what came of it. That is what separates us from a print shop. Follow-up is part of it: someone who got the letter and did not respond is not lost, they are the next phone call.

We know when it landed

Across borders the risk is not the printing, it is the delivery. In 2026 one run to France sat with the postal service for weeks, while the same run had been delivered in Romania and the Czech Republic within a fortnight. A postal acceptance receipt only says the letters were taken in — it is not proof of delivery. Since then we keep our own control recipients in several European countries: virtual mailboxes that receive every run and report the day it actually reached the letterbox. So you know whether a campaign did not work — or whether it simply had not arrived yet.

Design and production in house

The mailing gets designed, built and made print-ready right here — not bought in. Mail pieces are the single biggest item in our design output. Splitting the idea from the craft is exactly where time disappears.

Newsletters people keep

Two formats hold up. The customer newsletter — regular, editorial, written for people who already bought, because that is where referrals and repeat orders come from. And the long game: an automated sequence that turns a catalogue download into a sales conversation over a few weeks. Both have run for our clients for years.

Why we still know how

Because we never stopped. We ran mail campaigns for decades — straight through the years nobody wanted them. The logistics alone — addresses, postage, customs, distribution across borders — take a lot longer than a year to learn. Direct marketing did not come back out of nostalgia. It came back because your audience’s inbox is full and their desk is empty.

The grapevine

What you would overhear walking down our corridor, office door by office door.

Which of these do you actually need?

A conversation settles that faster than a quote. And we will tell you when something is no use to you.

Every enquiry is welcome — including the ones that never turn into a job. We learn something from every conversation. Tell us the problem, we will listen and think it through with you. That is the least anyone should expect.

Write to us.

We reply personally — usually the same working day.
