How do you show in two minutes what your machine actually does?
Services · Corporate & Industrial Film
You show it. We make sure people follow it.
Corporate film, industrial film, product video: we produce films for mechanical engineering, industry and medical technology — from the first question to the delivered file. From Regau in the Vöcklabruck district, Upper Austria, for clients across Upper Austria, Salzburg and the rest of the country. We shoot where your equipment stands, including across Europe.
Which film do you need?
Corporate film
The film about your company: what you stand for, how you work, who is behind it. Two to three minutes that carry a website, a sales meeting and a trade-show stand. If you only make one film, make this one.
Industrial and line film
You cannot take a production line to a trade show. The line film takes it there for you. It is the hardest kind to make, because production keeps running and some shots exist only once — the start-up, the first pass, the material change.
Product film and product video
One product, three minutes, no distractions. Build, function, operation, what changed since the last generation. For your shop, for the field sales team, for the product page — in every language version your markets need.
Application video, medical technology
How a device is really used on a ward: with clinicians, with patient situations, with the workflow a department actually has. Pretty pictures fail review here. We have spent years in this field and we know what the review boards look for.
Trade-show film and loop
Nobody listens at a stand. The trade-show film runs silent, on a loop, and has to make sense from ten metres away within twenty seconds. That is a different script from the corporate film — even when the shots are the same.
Recruiting film
Before anyone applies, they want to see what it is like to work for you. A recruiting film shows the shop floor, the colleagues and the tone in the building — not the mission statement on the lobby wall.
Concept: ours or yours?
It is the first question we ask — and either answer is fine.
You have no concept yet
Then we start before that. Half a day with you on site, going through what the film has to achieve and who will end up watching it, and out of that we write the core message, the script and the shot list. You sign off the script before anyone picks up a camera. That way "I do not like it" is still a text change and not a second shooting day.
You already have a concept
Then we work to it. A script from your own team, a concept from your head office, a spec from a campaign already running — we produce it, and we tell you up front what will get expensive on the shoot and what a small change would make easier. You decide.
Where is the film going to run?
The second question. A film meant to run everywhere runs well nowhere. Tell us where it has to go — usually that is several places, and then we build several versions out of one shoot.
-
Trade-show stand
Silent, looping, 20 to 60 seconds. It has to work with no sound and no beginning, because every visitor joins in the middle.
-
Website and homepage
A short silent loop in the header, or a full film on the product page. Two very different jobs — and two different edits out of the same footage.
-
LinkedIn and YouTube
On LinkedIn the first three seconds decide, and the sound is off. On YouTube it can run longer, but the title carries it. You get both cuts, square and vertical included.
-
Sales meetings and tablets
Field sales needs a film they can pause and talk over — with chapters, available offline, in the customer’s language.
-
Recruiting and careers page
Short, honest, real faces from the building. It runs on the careers page, inside job ads and on a phone.
How a film job runs
-
1
Settle the goal
Who has to watch this, and what should they do afterwards? A film for purchasing looks nothing like a film for engineering. That single question decides more than any camera decision later on.
-
2
Script and shot list
What gets said, what is on screen, in what order. Plus the list of every shot we need. With production lines that list carries timings too: shots that only exist during start-up go into the schedule before anyone unpacks a camera.
-
3
Preparation
Location, permits, safety briefing, models or your own people, a window in the production schedule. This is the part shoots fail on — not the shoot itself.
-
4
The shoot
Usually one or two days, or spread over weeks when the line has to keep running. We shoot where your equipment stands: in Upper Austria, in Vienna, and across the border if that is where it is. That is a question of planning, not of kit.
-
5
Edit, sound, graphics
A rough cut for sign-off, then the fine cut, voice-over, music, subtitles, motion design for everything that cannot be filmed. Language versions get built in now, not rebuilt a year later.
-
6
Delivery
Every destination gets its own version and its own file name. Sorted and named, not a folder with 3,000 files in it.
What you end up with
- The finished film in its main version — plus the cuts for trade show, web and social.
- Every language version you ordered: voice-over, subtitles, on-screen text.
- The formats your channels ask for: landscape, square, vertical, with and without sound.
- Stills from the shoot you can reuse in the catalogue and in presentations.
- The raw footage and the project files. They are yours — including on the day you continue with someone else.
Three cases
How do you take a production line to a trade show?
Line and product films for machines that fill a hall. A line film has shots that happen exactly once — the start-up, when the fleece goes in and the material runs onto it.
That window goes into the schedule before anyone unpacks a camera. Miss it and you wait for the next run — and that is not next week.
How do you explain machining to someone who has never been in the hall?
A film about the machining operation that shows the machines closely instead of circling them. Over six months in production, because the plant kept running and the shots had to be taken where the work happens.
The film went live and has served as the in-house benchmark for this kind of production ever since.
How do we show four products that sit side by side on a ward?
Two shooting days, one built set with clinical scenes and models, four products covered in a single run. Alongside it: brand films, product videos and material for the sales team.
Natus flew in its global marketing lead to be there. That does not happen unless you trust the set to hold.
Need stills from the same shoot as well? That is on Film & Photography. Want to see who we work for first? That is on References. And if you are not sure we are a match at all, we have written that down too: Are we the right fit?
Which of these do you actually need?
A conversation settles that faster than a quote. And we will tell you when something is no use to you.
Every enquiry is welcome — including the ones that never turn into a job. We learn something from every conversation. Tell us the problem, we will listen and think it through with you. That is the least anyone should expect.
