Sabine Meissner is the managing director of ICOM Media GmbH. She has been designing in this house since 1999.
What she does at ICOM
Layout, artwork, print production. She is the craftswoman of the house. She speaks the printer’s language and can tell from a file whether it will cause trouble later. As managing director she also runs the business side of the agency.
How she got here
In 1999 she took a design course. The tutor turned out to run ICS Media in Regau — the house that became ICOM Media GmbH in 2012. She stayed. She has worked alongside Johannes Wallmen ever since.
What to ask her about
A catalogue, a leaflet or an ad that needs someone beside you from the first sketch to the print approval. And a brand look that will still hold up in five years.
